Privacy
To join the list all we ask for is your email. If you also get into the beta there is a bit more, because there is a licence to manage and a program to fix. This page says exactly what, what for, how long and how to delete it. No small print.
Who handles your data
- Controller
- José, responsible for Krudamix

What is collected
It depends on how far you go. These are two different moments and it is worth not mixing them up.
If you join the waiting list
- Your email address. It is the only thing you type.
- The date and time you signed up. Added by the server.
- Where you came from. A short label carried by the link (for
example
instagram) or, if there is none, the domain you clicked from. It is there to know which channel works, not to identify you, and it is not cross-referenced with your email to profile you.
If you get into the beta and use the program
Here a bit more is needed, because there is a licence to keep track of and a program that has to work on your computer:
- Your name, if you give it, and the email the key is sent to.
- An identifier for your machine. KRUDA works out a code on your computer and sends that code, not the things it is made from. It is used to count how many machines a licence is used on, and so you can release the old one when you change computers. It does not say who you are and it cannot locate you.
- Your operating system and the program version, so I know what I am fixing a bug on.
- Dates of use and download, and the IP address the installer is downloaded from. This is what makes it possible to spot a key doing the rounds in a group chat, which is the only reason it is kept.
- If you sign in with your Google account: your email address, and
that is all. Google is asked for the
openidandemailpermissions, which are the smallest that exist: no access to your mail, your contacts, Drive or anything else. It is used to find your licence, and no Google data is stored beyond what you already had here. Signing in with Google is optional: you can always sign in with your licence key. - What you write in the report form: the text of the bug or the request. You write it, and it is linked to your licence so I can reply to you and so I know whether a bug hits one person or fifteen.
No phone number, no address, no country, no payment details. The program does not send your music, your projects or any audio anywhere. The analysis of your session happens entirely on your computer; the only things that go out to the network are the licence check and, if you write one, a report.
What it is used for
For three things, and nothing else: telling you when places open, managing your licence while the beta lasts, and fixing what you tell me about. It is not used for third-party advertising, it is not sold and it is not passed to anyone.
The legal basis is your consent for the waiting list, which you give by sending the form and can withdraw whenever you like without explaining yourself; and performance of our relationship for everything to do with the licence, which is the bare minimum for the program to work and for the key not to be shared around.
How long it is kept
The waiting list: until the beta process closes or until you ask to be removed, whichever comes first. If the beta never opens, the list is deleted 24 months after sign-up. When you ask to be removed your email is deleted; no "removed list" is kept.
Licence data: while you have the licence and for a year afterwards, in case you come back. The download log is cleared after a year.
Reports: they stay, because they are the memory of why the program is the way it is. If you ask for your data to be deleted, the report is detached from your licence and is no longer associated with you.
Where it lives and who touches it
- Hosting: Hostinger International Ltd., the provider where krudamix.com lives. The data is stored in this site's database.
- Email: the domain's own mailbox, also at Hostinger. The emails I send you come from there, not from an email marketing platform.
- Google, only if you choose to sign in with your Google account. In that case Google identifies you and confirms your email address to me; their handling of your data is governed by Google's privacy policy. If you sign in with the key, Google is not involved at all.
- Nobody else. No CRM, no third-party analytics tools, no exports to anyone.
Cookies and measurement
This site does not track or profile you, and there are no Meta, TikTok or Google Ads pixels, nor any other advertising tracker. Nobody outside receives your data to sell you anything. That said, here is everything that does happen, with no dressing up.
Visits are counted. When you open a page, your browser pings a counter that lives on this same server. That counter adds one to a box that says "this day, this page, in this language, coming from this place". And nothing else: it does not store your IP, your browser, any identifier, and it installs no cookie. There is no way to tell whether you are new or coming back, or to reconstruct where you have been. It exists to know how many people arrive against how many sign up, which is what says whether this is worth carrying on with.
Of where you came from, only the domain is kept — "instagram.com", "google.com" — never the full address, because a full address can carry inside it what you searched for or which private message you came out of.
Cookies. The home page and this page install none. If you sign in to your account with your licence key, the PHP session cookie is used: it is what makes the page remember you are signed in as you move around, it is deleted when you close the browser or press Sign out, and without it there would be no account area. The campaign label you arrived through is also stored temporarily in your own browser until you close the tab; that does not leave your machine until you send the form.
The session videos. Some of them are hosted on YouTube, because a
half-hour session cannot be served from this server. When that is the case,
nothing loads from YouTube until you press play: before you click,
all you see is an image stored here. If you do click, from that moment YouTube
receives your IP address and applies its own policy, as with any of their videos. The
youtube-nocookie.com variant is used, which is the one that does not
install advertising cookies. If you never press play, YouTube has no idea you were
here.
An honest caveat: the typeface is loaded from Google Fonts, so when you open the page your browser makes a request to Google's servers and they receive your IP, which is what any web server does in order to work and to detect abuse.
Your rights
You can request access to your data, rectify it, erase it, object to its use, request restriction of processing or portability, and withdraw your consent at any time.
The way to do it is to write to info@krudamix.com from the same address you signed up with. You get an answer within one month at the most, and in practice as soon as it is read.
If you think something has not been done properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency: www.aepd.es.
Changes to this page
If anything above changes, the "last updated" date changes too. If the change affects what your email is used for, you are told by email before it is applied.
